Terms and Conditions for Pit Stop (One-Time Fill)

1. Service Overview
Pit Stop service provides a one-time mobile fuel delivery for customers who are not enrolled in a membership plan. Fuel is delivered to the vehicle location provided at the time of booking, subject to accessibility, safety, and service availability.

2. Fuel Pricing
Fuel prices are based on daily market averages at the time of delivery. Fuel charges are calculated based on the actual number of gallons pumped. Fuel prices may vary daily due to market conditions and supplier costs.

3. Service Fee
A $15 service fee applies to each Pit Stop (one-time) fill-up request. The service fee is charged in addition to the cost of fuel delivered.

4. Billing Authorization & Payment Timing
By submitting a Pit Stop request, you authorize The Gas Man LLC to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the $15 service fee and the cost of fuel delivered at the applicable daily market rate.

Payments are processed through Authorize.Net. Fuel and service charges are processed at or following completion of the fuel delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring valid payment information and sufficient available funds at the time of service.

5. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, The Gas Man LLC may make up to two (2) additional attempts to process the charge using the payment method on file.

If payment remains unsuccessful, service may be canceled or not completed, and future service requests may be denied until payment is resolved. The Gas Man LLC reserves the right to suspend services for unpaid balances.

6. Service Accessibility & Safety
Fuel delivery is provided only when the vehicle is safely accessible, the fuel delivery truck can be positioned within approximately fifteen (15) feet of the vehicle, and conditions allow for safe fueling operations.

The Gas Man LLC reserves the right to delay, reschedule, refuse, or discontinue service if accessibility or safety requirements are not met.

7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate service address, vehicle, and fuel type information. The vehicle must be accessible at the scheduled service time. The Gas Man LLC is not responsible for delays or service issues caused by inaccurate information or inaccessible vehicles.

8. Liability
The Gas Man LLC is not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information, inaccessible vehicles, unsafe fueling locations, or pre-existing vehicle conditions unrelated to fuel delivery.

9. Modifications
The Gas Man LLC reserves the right to modify pricing, service fees, or these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice. Continued use of Pit Stop services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
