The Gas Man Membership Plan — Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Overview
Memberships provide access to mobile fuel delivery services based on the selected membership plan. Memberships do not include fuel. Fuel is billed separately based on actual usage.
2. Fuel Pricing
Fuel prices are based on daily market averages at the time of delivery. Active members receive a $0.10 per gallon discount. Fuel prices may vary daily due to market conditions and supplier costs.
3. Service Accessibility & Safety
Fuel delivery is provided only when the vehicle is safely accessible, the fuel delivery truck can be positioned within approximately fifteen (15) feet of the vehicle, and conditions allow for safe fueling operations.
The Gas Man LLC reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or decline service if accessibility or safety requirements are not met.
4. Billing Authorization & Billing Cycle
By enrolling in a membership, you authorize The Gas Man LLC to automatically charge the payment method on file for monthly membership fees, fuel charges at the time of delivery, and any applicable fees permitted under these terms.
The monthly membership fee is charged on the date of enrollment and will recur monthly on the same calendar date unless the membership is canceled in accordance with these terms. Payments are processed through Authorize.Net.
5. Payment & Billing Policy
Declined Payments & Grace Period
If a membership or fuel payment is declined, The Gas Man LLC will automatically reattempt payment during a five (5) day grace period using the payment method on file. Members will be notified and may be asked to update their payment information.
If payment is not resolved within the grace period, services may be temporarily paused until the account is brought current.
Additional Fees
Failed, declined, or returned payments may be subject to additional processing or administrative fees, as permitted by law. Members will be notified prior to any fees being assessed.
Repeated Payment Issues
While occasional payment issues may occur, accounts experiencing repeated declined payments may be subject to additional review.
Members with three (3) or more declined payment events within a rolling six-month period may be required to update or change their payment method prior to future services, may have membership benefits temporarily paused, or may be converted to pay-per-service pricing until payment reliability is restored.
This policy helps ensure reliable service for all members.
6. Suspension & Cancellation
If payment remains unresolved, services may be paused after the five (5) day grace period. Memberships may be canceled after ten (10) days of non-payment.
The Gas Man LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate services until all outstanding balances are resolved.
7. Member-Initiated Cancellations
Members may cancel their membership by emailing info@thegasmanfuel.com at least five (5) days prior to their next scheduled auto-draft. No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
8. Modifications
The Gas Man LLC reserves the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or these Terms & Conditions with reasonable notice. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
