2026 Oregon Safari Registration (Money Shoot)

Come join us for the fun and exciting weekend of shooting Safari!

Shooters must be registered with the Cascadian Greater Oregon Safari trail shoot. All archers who compete in the Money Shoot will be entered into the individual money.

Trail and Individual Money entry will be $60 (pre registered) or $70 (on site).
Team Entry fee will be $50.00 per archer. Fees are required before the competition
begins. This is in addition to the Greater Oregon Safari trail shoot tournament fees.

African animal paper and 3D targets: 40 on Saturday & 20 on Sunday.
3 to 102 marked yards; 2 arrows/target.
Blind Draw Friday 12pm-7pm
On-site registration: 5-8 pm Friday, 7-8 am Saturday & Sunday.
Cash and cards accepted!
Mandatory safety meeting on both days at 8:15 am*

Optional team & individual money.

Elephant-sized raffle.
PeeWee ice cream shoot on Sunday.
Food concessions: Breakfast & lunch (6:30 am - 3:30 pm)
Buckles awarded to winners of all classes with 7 or more 2-day shooters.

If you are not registered and at the meeting at 8:15 am, you cannot shoot!

CAMPING

Free, non-reserved, dry camping at Cascadian Bowman along the Long Tom River. Open for RV parking starting June 26, 2026. Note: Limited space for RV's larger than 30' long at Cascadian Bowmen's on-site campground.

Goldson Grange Property (less than a mile from the club) will be available for Greater Oregon Safari participants and families for dry camping in a baseball field and parking lot. $10 per person per day. Porta potties are provided. Bring your own water and supplies.

Both Campgrounds: ABSOLUTELY no fires, propane BBQ are acceptable. First come, first serve.

FOOD CONCESSIONS

Sat. 6 am – 6 pm / Sun. 6 am – 3:30 pm: Biscuits & gravy. Burgers and hot dogs with all the trimmings. Snacks & beverages.

Terms and Conditions of Participation and/or Use of Cascadian Bowmen of Eugene Premises You are giving up important legal rights in exchange for your right to use our Premises (defined below). We strongly urge you to consider carefully the risks we describe in this document and to consult legal counsel before signing this document. In consideration of the use of the Cascadian Bowmen of Eugene premises, all visitors and participants agree to the following: 1. I understand that archery and archery instruction, as well as camping and related activities (the “Activities”), are conducted on the Cascadian Bowmen of Eugene premises (the “Premises”). 2. I understand that members of the public with various levels of skill and experience take part in Activities on the Premises. 3. I have considered my physical and technical abilities and my mental state, and I confirm that I am capable of engaging in the Activities on the Premises safely. I acknowledge that the Activities involve a moderate or greater level of physical activity and experience, and that the Premises including the various trails contain rocks, roots, stairs, and uneven ground. I agree to exercise due caution while using the Premises at all time 4. I understand that the Activities involve inherent dangers. I further understand that dangers may be created through the actions or inactions of others utilizing the Premises or through conditions on the Premises itself. 5. I understand that when I utilize the Premises, I risk suffering damage to my property and my person. Injury to my person could include serious bodily injury and death. 6. If, at any time, I believe conditions on the Premises to be unsafe, I will immediately discontinue my participation in the Activities and notify Cascadian Bowmen of Eugene personnel. 7. I agree to follow all posted signs and rules relating to the Premises. I understand that it is my responsibility to comply with such signs and rules, for my own safety and for the safety of others. 8. I HEREBY RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY Cascadian Bowmen of Eugene, their administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, and employees, (the “Released Parties”) from all claims initiated by me or by another on my behalf for property damage, injury, or death caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Released Parties, including negligent rescue operations. 9. If any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid, the remaining portions will survive in full force and effect. I am eighteen years of age or older, or my legal guardian is signing this document on my behalf. I have read this agreement and fully understand its terms. I understand that I give up substantial rights by signing this document.
