Non-Refundable Deposit The camp deposit is strictly non-refundable for all campers. This fee covers university dorm housing and administrative costs. The university enforces a zero-refund policy on these expenses. Medical Cancellations If a camper must withdraw for medical reasons, a doctor's note is required. With proper documentation, all camp fees beyond the deposit will be refunded. The remaining balance (excluding the deposit) will be issued as a camp credit for use toward any future Pop's Athletics LLC event or camp Non-Medical Cancellations No refunds will be issued for non-medical cancellations. No Exceptions This policy applies to all campers without exception due to fixed housing and facility costs imposed by the university. By registering, families acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
