Users can cancel facility bookings and private coaching sessions via the App according to the following policies:

1. Facility bookings and private coaching sessions cancelled 48 hours or more before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund in the form of voucher(s), which will be added to the user’s App account within 30 days.
預訂時間前四十八（48）小時或以上取消設施預訂或私人教練課程，將可獲全額退款，退款將以代金券形式在三十（30）天內加入用戶應用程式帳戶內。
2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will not be refunded.
預訂時間前少於四十八（48）小時取消，將不獲退款。
3. All regular classes and private coaching enrolments are final upon payment and cannot be cancelled.
所有常規課程和私人教練課程報名一經付款即視為確認，不可取消。
4. Cancellations due to illness (for regular classes and private sessions) will be eligible for a refund only if approved approved by AGA Golf Management.
因病取消常規課程及私人課程的情況下，必須獲AGA Golf Management批准方可獲退款。
5. If GPS initiates a cancellation (due to reasons including but not limited to severe weather, facility maintenance, or scheduled events), a full refund will be issued in the form of voucher(s) added to the user’s App account within 30 days.
如由GPS主動取消預訂（包括但不限於惡劣天氣、設施維修或活動等原因），將全額退款，退款將以代金券形式於三十（30）天內加入用戶應用程式帳戶內。
6. All regular classes and private sessions have different enrolment periods. Interested users are advised to review the specific Terms & Conditions for each program.
所有常規課程及私人教練課程均有不同的報名期限，有意參加者請參閱各個課程或活動的條款及細則。
7. All bookings are available via the App on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Bookings (facilities, classes, private sessions, and events) are only confirmed upon full payment.
所有預訂（設施、常規課程、私人課程及活動）均依照先到先得原則，並視供應情況而定。所有預訂僅在收到並確認全額付款後方可確認。
8. GPS Management reserves the right to reject or cancel bookings, limit the number of users, or deny venue entry to any individual for health or other relevant management reasons.

9. In the event of severe weather, GPS facilities will be closed for the safety of users, staff, and third-party vendors. Please refer to the latest announcements on the App for closure and reopening updates.

GPS reserves the right to amend the Booking & Cancellation Policy at its sole discretion without prior notice.
