            By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your order:

            Home Kitchen Disclosure

            All baked goods and treats are prepared in a private home kitchen that is not inspected by the Department of Health. Products are made with care and in a clean environment, but are not subject to commercial kitchen regulations.

            Order Confirmation & Payment

            All orders must be paid in full at the time of submission unless otherwise discussed. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received.

            Refund Policy

            Cancellations made within 48 hours of placing your order are eligible for a full refund.
            Cancellations made after 48 hours but at least 2 days (48 hours) before the scheduled pickup/event date are eligible for a refund of up to 50%, depending on ingredients already purchased and preparation completed.
            Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/event date are not eligible for a refund, but may be eligible for rescheduling at the discretion of the seller.
            All refund requests must be submitted via email at officially.drippy.dips@gmail.com.


            Allergen Policy

            Customers are responsible for notifying the seller of any allergies or dietary restrictions prior to placing an order. This includes, but is not limited to: nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and food dyes.

            If the seller is unable to safely complete an order due to allergen concerns, a full refund will be issued immediately.

            While precautions are taken, all products are prepared in a home kitchen where cross-contamination with allergens may occur.

            Order Changes

            Any changes to an order must be requested as early as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once ingredients have been purchased or production has begun.

            Pickup / Delivery

            Orders must be picked up at the agreed-upon time unless delivery has been arranged in advance. Late pickup may result in order quality changes (such as melted or softened products) and is the responsibility of the customer.

            No-Show Policy

            Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe without prior communication may be forfeited without refund.

            Product Variations

            All items are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance from photos or previous orders. These variations are normal and part of the handmade nature of the product.

            Agreement

            By signing below, you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms listed above, including the refund policy, allergen policy, and home kitchen disclosure.
