Terms and Conditions:Payment Payment must be completed at the time of registration. A sponsorship booking is not confirmed until payment is received. Logo & Branding Requirements Sponsors must provide a high-quality logo (PDF, PNG or JPG) at the time of registration. If logo files or required artwork are not supplied at least 7 days before the event, standard text signage may be used instead. Signage Sponsor-supplied signage must: • Be suitable for outdoor use • Be delivered to the organisers at least 48 hours before the event • Be collected after the event from the Kereone Club Rooms. The organisers are not responsible for damage to sponsor-provided signage due to weather or course conditions. Cancellations & Refunds If the event is cancelled by the organisers, sponsors will receive a full refund. If a sponsor chooses to withdraw: • Withdrawals made more than 7 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. • Withdrawals made within 7 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. Liability The event organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage of sponsor property at the event. Photography & Promotion By sponsoring the event, the sponsor grants permission for their business name and logo to be used in event-related marketing, including social media posts and photography.
