Presence Conference – Registration Overview

Presence Conference is a one-day, group-based event designed for students who are sensing God’s call into full-time ministry or are intentionally exploring that calling.

Registration for Presence Conference is completed by church group only and should be submitted by a church leader. Individual students should not complete this registration on their own. Leaders will provide a total group count rather than individual student information and are responsible for supervising and caring for their students throughout the event, including securing all required parental permissions.

This event is open to junior high and high school students, but it is not intended to be a general youth event or a “bring everyone” experience. Presence Conference is designed for spiritually mature students who are ready to engage deeply in worship, prayer, teaching, and discernment regarding God’s call on their lives. We strongly encourage leaders to prayerfully consider which students from their ministry are best suited for this experience.

By submitting this registration, the registering leader acknowledges responsibility for their group and confirms that the students attending have been selected with the purpose and focus of this conference in mind.

Terms and Conditions

All Presence Conference registrations are non-refundable. Leaders are charged the same admission cost as students. We do not offer a discounted registration for those attending a portion of the conference. Likewise, we do not offer refunds if you do not bring the number of students/leaders for which you register. You will be held responsible for the number of registrations you submit unless there is an unforeseen circumstance discussed with and approved with ISM Staff prior to your group's arrival at Presence Conference. Early registration pricing is only applicable to registrations that are submitted on or before March 06, 2026. Please DO NOT send cash or Personal Checks. We accept money orders, cashier checks or church check payments for registration monies due. We also offer a credit card option with a processing fee. If Early Bird payment is not received with the March 6th postmark the Early Bird rate will be forfeited and all attendees will be transferred to Regular registrations. Outstanding payments must be received prior to or upon arrival.
