報名流程
1) 付款-在收據上/截圖上填寫[MATHS、參賽者就讀年級、參賽者中英文姓名、聯絡電話]-上傳到表格內；
2) 填妥此表格；
3) 成功提交報名表後會收到本協會電郵確認；
4) 發放參賽證日期 2026年1月28日（三）至1月30日（五）於電郵查收參賽證；
5）請帶同准考證及身份證明文件依時到場參賽
Enrolment
1) Pay the application fee and please put down "MATHS, applicant's school year, both Chinese and English names of the applicant(s), and the contact number" on the receipt or the screenshot. Lastly, upload it onto this application form.
2) Complete this application form.
3) Email confirmation will be received once the application has been successfully handled.
4) The admission form can be received from 28th January 2026(Wed) - 30th January 2026(Fri) through email.
5) Please bring your admission form and identity proof to attend the competition on time.
