Scholarships are available for families with financial need, thanks to generous support from the Hugh J. Andersen Foundation. Please email info@franconia.org with a short statement of need, interest in the camp, and request for 50% or full scholarship.

PHOTO POLICY

I hereby give my permission for images of my child, captured during the Youth Summer Camp through video, photo, and digital means, to be used solely for the purposes of Franconia Sculpture Park promotional material and publications, in print and online, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I hereby give my permission for my child(ren) to participate in the Youth Summer Camp Program (“Summer Camp”). Participation in any program which involves physical activity exposes the camper to certain risks and dangers. Accidents and injuries are always a possibility, and it is impossible to foresee and protect the camper from all conceivable dangers.

I hereby affirm that my child(ren) has/have no conditions that would make it unsafe for him/her/them to participate in the camps program(s) selected.

I release Franconia Sculpture Park (the “Organization”) and its trustees, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers, successors, and assigns from any and all liability for, and waive any and all claims for, injury, loss, or damage in any way connected with participation in the Program, including injury, loss, or damage caused in whole or in part by the negligence or other misconduct of the Organization or any of the above-listed organizations or individuals.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made until May 1
- 50% refunds are offered for cancellations made until June 1
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after June 1
