All booths are first come, first serve. LEMONADE VENDORS ARE FULL! Application & payment must be received to be confirmed. This is an outdoor event. No refunds for "NO SHOW" or weather. Friday, June 19th, 2026: Set up will begin at 5:00pm Downtown Weatherford. Saturday, June 20th, 2026 - Set Up will be 7:30-9am in Rader Park. Please check in at Registration each day for your booth location. You must complete the application & submit payment for your entry to be valid. Vendor is responsible for Sales Tax. We only provide the booth space. You are responsible for bringing your own tables, tents, extension cords tie downs, chairs, etc. We hope you have a great show!
