The Membership Secretary collects and stores your contact information in order for the Club to communicate with you on a regular basis. This includes sending copies of the Club’s Magazine and an annual subscription renewal form plus reminders sent out for a limited period after the due date, when required; the data is shared with other Directors as required to fulfil their roles.
The data is also transmitted to external Printers on a regular basis.
The membership data is both stored and transmitted in encrypted/password-protected format.
If you are a new Member your contact and car information can be included in the hard-copy Club Magazine issued to all Members - optional.
Your contact information can appear in a hard-copy Membership List issued to all Members – optional.
The Registrar collects and stores information about Members’ cars (on a separate database), together with owners’ initials and surnames, in order to create a register of surviving Bullnose and Flatnose Morris cars. A hard-copy is issued to all Members.
All UK Members are sent copies of flyers with details of future rallies. If you enter a Club Rally the Events Administrator collects and stores personal information obtained from your Rally Entry Form. The data is used in the administration of the Rally and a copy of the relevant part of your Form is sent to the Hotel.
Data from the online Forms is stored on a secure server in Germany selected by “Jotform” and linked to the Club website which in turn is based on a modified “WordPress” template. All Board Members can have access to the password-protected Jotform spreadsheets as required to fulfil their duties.
The Club uses cookies to monitor password usage liked to IP addresses. Cookies are also used by our third-party services as explained in their privacy policies and statements at the following links:

The Club does not handle credit card details; when a purchase is made you are automatically redirected to the secure Paypal server using encryption technology.
The lawful basis for the ‘processing’ of your data is entirely by consent given by you opting-in at the time of joining the Club and then as required for future Club projects.
You have the right to access a copy of your data held, update any of your data or withdraw your consent by contacting the Membership Secretary in writing.
A Member’s personal data is deleted permanently from the Membership database within two years following non-renewal. A copy of the electronic Membership Database is archived annually.
