Photography Agreement: The clients named on this agreement hereby give Patti Dibb, the photographer/owner of Photography by Patti, permission to photograph the client, retouch/edit the photographs of the photographer’s choosing (RAW, un-edited photos will not be released to the client), and to post photographs as the photographer sees fit on social media (Facebook) and for use in the photographer’s portfolio(including online portfolio) for the purposes of advertisement for the businesses named Photography by Patti and Santa Adam. Due to the nature and limited ability of these sessions, a non-refundable full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Sessions will occur indoors at a location in Hartland, Wisconsin. Exact location details will be emailed 1 week prior to the mini session event. Once the session is completed, a private proofing gallery will be sent to the client to select the 3 images to be edited for the final gallery. More than 3 images may be selected for $15/image over the 3 included images. The images selected by the client will be hand edited and the client will receive a final digital gallery of the selected images. Any additional editing over and beyond what is originally provided will be done at an additional rate. Photographer is not responsible for uncooperative party’s facial expressions, poor wardrobe choices, or any other occurrences beyond the photographer’s control. Re-shoots are done at the photographer’s discretion. Any refund amounts for credit/debit payments will be refunded minus processing fees. The completed digital gallery, along with the printing rights, will be emailed to the client no longer than 1 week from the date the photographer is notified that the client has completed the selection process and any additional payments have been made. Photography by Patti offers professional lab printing services. A complete listing of available products and prices will be available with the completed gallery. Photography by Patti highly recommends using mpix.com if professional lab printing is not purchased. Photography by Patti shall not be held liable for any reprint costs incurred in printing orders.
