2026 NCRAAO / NDAAO Golf

Registration Form
1. There will be an opportunity to play 18 holes. This will be 4-person scramble you can pick your own team or be randomly paired.
2. Fee includes golf, cart and lunch
3. Shot gun start at 12:00pm Mountain Time, Tuesday, August 11th.… be there 30 mins early to sign in
4. It is not required that you have a 4-some but if you do… please list the other golfers in your group.
5. Vendors would like to see this as an opportunity to spend time with all of you. So, if you sign up with no more than 3 people, we will do our best to ensure you have a vendor to golf with.
