The 25% booking deposit is nonrefundable. With at least 14 days’ notice, the deposit may be transferred to a future booking, subject to availability. After your Meet & Greet, I’ll review the dates and send an invoice for the full care total with your $40 credit applied. Pay the 25% minimum to reserve the dates, or pay in full. Care dates go on my calendar once the required payment is received.
