Friday the 13th Booking Policies

Please read carefully before booking:

• YOU WILL RECIEVE 2 CONFIRMATION EMAILS. 1 from Google & 1 from Wizardry Ink. If you do not recieve BOTH emails and a paid deposit, you DO NOT have an appointment with us. 
• READ THIS TWICE :Appointment times are placeholders only. Expect a 1–4 hour wait after your scheduled time.
•  2 designs maximum per person per artist.
• Stencil approval = tattoo consent. Once you approve the stencil placement, all responsibility for design and placement is accepted by the client.
• • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• • Flash will be tattooed exactly as shown. No changes, edits, or alterations.

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING ✨

This year, we’re doing things a little differently to help Friday the 13th run smoother for everyone!

Instead of scheduling appointments every 15 minutes, you’ll be reserving an hourly arrival window.

For example: If you select 4:00 PM, your booking window is 4:00–5:00 PM. This does NOT mean your tattoo will begin exactly at 4:00 PM.

Multiple clients will be booked within each artist’s hourly window and tattoos will be completed throughout that hour. There may still be a wait depending on tattoo placement, stencil changes, sanitation, checkout, and how quickly the appointments before you move along.

Please arrive at the beginning of your selected hour and plan accordingly. 💗

This new system is designed to help us manage check-in, checkout, artist availability, and the flow of clients through the studio much more smoothly.

Policy

• Please understand that there's still may be a short wait time for your tattoo appointment. Even though a deposit is placed sometimes our artists might run behind. Please plan accordingly.

• Please be deposit ready!

• NO CHILDREN allowed in the studio.

• YES you can bring extra guests, HOWEVER, thwy are not allowed to be in the back while you are getting tattooed !

• NO FOOD OR OPENED DRINKS ARE ALLOWED! 

• NO VAPING/SMOKING of any kind in the studio!
