    Trip Dates

    Jan 15–17, 2027 • Depart Friday Jan 15 from U of T St. George in the late evening.

    Transportation

    Overnight round-trip coach transportation is included. We leave late Friday, arrive Saturday, and return Sunday after skiing. Eat before boarding, then own-equipment participants head toward the mountain while rental participants are fitted. Complimentary hotel shuttle service is available for getting around town and to the hill.

    Le Grand Lodge Mont-Tremblant

    One hotel night on Saturday Jan 16. Rooms hold 4 participants, with 2 participants sharing each bed. Roommate requests can be noted, and the hotel shuttle plus on-site Experience SK rental shop make the weekend easy.

    What’s Not Included

    Ski/snowboard rentals are estimated at about $70/day, and final pricing is still pending.

    Helmet Rentals

    Helmet rental pricing is pending. UTSSC requires a helmet for this trip.

    Beginner Mentorship

    1.5-hour sessions are $25, for first-time/beginner skiers and snowboarders only. They are not guaranteed and will run only if suitable mentors are available. If lessons don’t run, you won’t be charged.

    Any confirmed rentals or mentorship sessions will be added separately to your remaining balance.
    You are welcome to pay your remaining balance earlier, but all outstanding trip payments must be received by January 4, 2027.
    Full Payment & Refund Deadline: January 4, 2027
    January 4 is both the final payment deadline and the final day to cancel your registration for a full refund. After January 4, 2027, trip payments are non-refundable.
    First Bus Capacity: 52 Public Spots
    The first trip release is limited to 52 public registrations, with a small number of seats reserved for UTSSC trip staff and operations.
    If the first bus fills, we may explore additional hotel rooms and a second coach. Additional capacity is not guaranteed.

    UTSSC may offer 1.5-hour beginner ski and snowboard lessons for $25 per session, subject to mentor availability.
    These lessons are intended only for first-time or beginner skiers and snowboarders who are still learning basic skills such as stopping, turning, and safely navigating beginner terrain.
    If you already know how to stop and turn confidently and can ski or snowboard independently on regular runs, these lessons are not intended for you. We are not offering intermediate or advanced coaching.
    Please note: lessons are not guaranteed. They will only be offered if suitable UTSSC mentors are available on the trip. You will only be charged for confirmed sessions.
