I understand that participation in Pensacola Hippie Fest is voluntary and that I assume all risks related to my participation, including injury, illness, property damage, theft, weather conditions, or other unforeseen incidents. I am responsible for my booth, equipment, inventory, permits, licenses, insurance, employees, and compliance with all event rules and applicable federal, state, and local laws. I release and hold harmless Pensacola Hippie Fest, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, partners, the City of Pensacola, and affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from my participation in the event. I understand this is a rain-or-shine event. Vendor fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Vendor locations, schedules, and event details may change without notice.
