Event Waiver & Registration Agreement
By registering for Chanukah Wonderland, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Liability: Participation in all event activities is voluntary and at my own risk. Chabad of Hunt Valley, its directors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and event partners are not responsible for injuries, accidents, lost or damaged personal belongings, or other incidents that may occur during the event, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
2. Children's Supervision: Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Chanukah Wonderland is a family event, not a drop-off program.
3. Payments & Refunds: All purchases, including custom airbrush sweatshirts, are final and nonrefundable, except as required by law. If I am unable to attend the event or pick up my purchased sweatshirt, I understand that no refund will be issued. Any unclaimed purchases may be treated as a donation to Chabad of Hunt Valley, subject to applicable law. Such payments are not necessarily tax-deductible.
4. Event Changes: Chabad of Hunt Valley reserves the right to modify activities, schedules, or event details due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Photography & Media: I understand that photographs and videos may be taken during Chanukah Wonderland. By attending, I acknowledge that I and my children may appear in photos or videos used by Chabad of Hunt Valley for promotional purposes, including social media, websites, emails, and future event materials. I understand that Chabad of Hunt Valley cannot guarantee that attendees will not appear in event photographs or videos.
