Collection and use of information

本表由在奧克蘭召會的相關服事者收集2027年國際華語相調特會的報名資料，用於核對、彙整、聯絡，以及安排報名、住宿與交通。
The relevant serving ones in the church in Auckland collect the information in this form to check and compile registrations for the 2027 International Chinese-speaking Blending Conference, contact attendees, and coordinate registration, accommodation and transport.

為完成統一報名及相關安排，必要資料會上報臺灣大會，並提供給參與本次報名、接待及交通安排的相關服事者。醫務需求、過敏原及其他特殊需要，僅供相關服事者作必要安排時使用。
Necessary information will be submitted to the conference organisers in Taiwan and shared with the serving ones involved in registration, hospitality and transport. Medical needs, allergies and other special needs will be used only as needed for these arrangements.

資料僅用於本次活動的報名、聯絡及相關安排。本表為在奧克蘭召會收集資料之用，之後由相關服事者統一向臺灣大會上報。
The information will be used only for registration, communication and arrangements for this event. This form collects information for the church in Auckland; the relevant serving ones will subsequently submit the combined registration to the conference organisers in Taiwan.
