• Western Whiteout #1 Rodeo Entry Form

    Friday and Saturday, November 6th & 7th @ 7:30 PM/Slack after Friday perf
    • Entry Fee: BB, SB - $100 ($75 in pot) / BR - $125 ($80 in pot with $20 Day Money) / BA - $85 ($60 in pot)
    • Added Money: Roughstock - $1000 per event / Barrels - $300
    • Mandatory Contestant Meeting at 6:30 PM
      All contestants entered in a performance must attend the mandatory
      contestant meeting at 6:30 PM. All performances begin at 7:30 PM
    • Series-End Prizes: Contestants must compete in 3 of the 4 rodeos to qualify for Western Whiteout Extreme Roughstock and Barrels series-end prizes. Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd highest money earners in each event and presented Saturday night at the final rodeo in March. BR day money does not count toward series standings.
    •  Draw Posting: Entries close Saturday at noon. The draw will be posted by Monday night in the draw tab on Diamondhrodeo.com.
    • Turnout Refund Deadline: TEXT Alyssa at 435-764-0064 no later than Tuesday at 11:59 PM (Mountain Time) of rodeo week to withdraw and request a refund. Beginning Wednesday, entry fees are nonrefundable and turnouts will be added to event payout except for medical or vet outs that meet the ground rule requirements. Processing fees are nonrefundable unless you are drawn out through the central entry draw process.

  • Performance Preference and Draw-Out Policy

    • Please double-check your performance preferences before submitting. 
    • If you put the same performance as your 1st and 2nd preference, your entry will be treated as that performance or out. 
    • If the central entry draw system does not place you in your 1st or 2nd preference and you did not select slack as your 3rd preference, you will be drawn out and refunded by Tuesday night of the week the draw is posted. 
    • If you are drawn out and want back in slack, call or text 435-764-0064 by Tuesday at 12:00 PM/noon.
    • The draw will be posted by Monday night after entries close on the Draw tab of the Diamond H Rodeo website.
