Exhibitor Booking & Payment Terms
The total cost of an exhibitor stand is £399 (including VAT, if applicable).
Exhibitors may choose from the following payment options:
Option 1 – Pay in Full
Pay the full £399 at the time of booking.
Option 2 – Deposit & Balance
Pay a £99 deposit to secure your stand, with the remaining £300 payable by 7 January 2027.
Alternatively, the remaining £300 can be paid in three instalments:
£100 – November 2026
£100 – December 2026
£100 – January 2027
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A £99 booking deposit forms part of the total £399 stand fee and is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the exhibitor, subject to applicable law.
This applies whether the exhibitor pays the £99 deposit separately or pays the full £399 upfront.
Any refund of the remaining £300 will be subject to the cancellation terms outlined in the Exhibitor Agreement.
All outstanding balances must be paid by 7 January 2027. Stands may be released if payment is not received by the deadline, following written notice.
