Attendance Requirement

Training must be attended in its entirety to be eligible for the State-approved 8-hour credits.

Payment By Mail

Checks or money orders may be mailed directly to:

• Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by February 28, 2027.
• Training cannot be deferred to a later class session.
• No changes to attendee names will be accepted after the deadline.
• Attendee names and permit numbers are printed exactly as submitted. Incorrect submissions will incur a $25.00 certificate reprint fee.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Registrations & payments MUST be received by close of business on March 12, 2027.
