Spay & Neuter Appointment Registration

Thank you for your interest in getting your dog spayed/neutered (fixed) through MCP Rescue's MASH Chicago clinic. Appointments are available on November 14, 15, and 16, 2026.
You must live in the following zip codes to receive services (must provide proof of ID that matches the zip code):

60608, 60609, 60612, 60615, 60617, 60619, 60620, 60621, 60623, 60624, 60628, 60629, 60632, 60636, 60637, 60643, 60644, 60649, 60651, 60652, 60653.

You must present your ID with the matching address and zip code at your appointment check-in.
Spay & Neuter Appointment Details
This service is available to healthy dogs between 2 months and 10 years of age that weigh between 2lbs and 80lbs. Pets with very short noses (pugs, bulldogs, etc.) cannot have this surgery through this clinic.

Cost:

Pitbulls and Mastiffs (including Cane Corsos): $50

All other dog breeds: $150

Services included:

Spay/Neuter, vaccination (DHPP and Rabies for dogs over 4 months) and a microchip for identification. There is no price reduction if vaccinations or microchips are not needed at the time of surgery.

Payment is due at the time of registration and is non-refundable.

Clinic Location: 825 N Christiana Ave Chicago, IL 60651 at the Salvation Army. DO NOT PARK IN THE MAIN LOT, YOU MAY USE STREET PARKING.

All dogs must be on a secure collar and leash.

Drop-off: Between 7:45 AM and 8:45 AM

Pick-up: Between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM the same day

You will receive your specific drop-off time in your confirmation email.

Accomodations for drop-off time is not available. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accomodate your appointment. Appointments are non-refundable.
