Mexican Insurance and Sonora Rally policy concerning Medical expenses and hospitalizationIt is important for all Competitors to fully understand the situation regarding medical expenses according to the Sonora Rally Rules of our Mexican Insurance. If ‘’you’’ the registered Competitor have an accident during the event or require medical attention in a hospital, the following procedure must be followed: •If the accident involves a non-race vehicle and/or injury to a non-race participant you must remain on the scene until representatives from the Organization Insurance team arrive. •Medical Expenses up to a maximum $5,000 will be covered for medical stabilization in Mexico only. On release from Hospital, any excess medical costs need to be settled by you or a third party before leaving the hospital. Medical expenses incurred in the Comptitor´s home country are not covered and are the Comptitor´s sole responsibility.*NOTE: Repatriation to your home country is NOT COVERED under your entry into SONORA RALLY. By signing the form, you fully understand the above, and that medical costs must be settled before leaving the hospital. I fully understand and comply with this statement.

PRO MOTO — 525cc and under
Created for riders meeting the following criteria:
• Finished top 5 of any previous Sonora Rally
• Finished top 5 of any SCORE/BITD race
• Finished any FIM Rally event
• Finished top 3 in any other international rally
If a rider does not qualify with the above options, they must receive written permission from the organization to compete in this class.

ENDURO MOTO — 525cc and under
Created for riders meeting the following criteria:
• Never finished in the top 5 of a previous Sonora Rally
• Never finished in the top 5 in any SCORE/BITD race
• Never finished any FIM Rally event
• Never finished in the top 3 in any other international rally

THUMPER MOTO
Open to bikes OVER 525cc, specifically aimed at the new generation of adventure bikes (KTM 790, Yamaha Tenere, 701 Enduro, KOVE 800).

ROOKIE — OPEN TO ENDURO AND THUMPER
Open to any rider racing their FIRST competitive Rally Raid event at Sonora Rally.

MASTERS — OPEN TO ENDURO AND THUMPER
Open to all riders over the age of 50 at the start of the Sonora Rally.

ENTRY FEES INCLUDE: Three race days; Insurance; Satellite Tracking; Timing/Scoring; Catering Wristband (1 per moto, 2 per car); 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners; Media coverage of event; Helicopter support; Bike recovery in dunes; Awards Ceremony and Fiesta Dinner.

ENTRY FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE: Supplementary insurance; Hotel accommodation; Fuel; Personal Expenses; Optional Navigation School.

CREW BIVOUAC PASS: $240 per person — Bivouac entry, 3 breakfasts, 3 dinners, camping, closing night party.

SUPPORT VEHICLE / TRAILER: All support vehicles and trailers entering the bivouac must have a sticker: Vehicle $200 / Trailer $100

PAYMENT INFORMATION AND REFUND SCHEDULE:

PayPal adds 3%. Zelle adds 0%. International wire adds $20. Refunds before November 30: full refund minus $400 administration fee. December 1–15: 50% refund. No refunds after December 15.

VETERAN INCENTIVE: Eligible returning competitors may reserve their entry with a $500 non-refundable deposit. Remaining balance must be paid in full by November 15, 2026 at midnight PST. November 30 is the cancellation/refund deadline, not the balance deadline. If an eligible veteran cancels before November 30, the $500 deposit is forfeited; additional entry fees paid follow the standard refund policy.

Registration is confirmed only after receipt of the applicable payment is verified.

You acknowledge that you will further be subject to reading, understanding, and signing additional waivers and releases of liabilities which further indemnify AVENTURA EVENTS, INC, its principals, organizers, staff, volunteers, partners, and sponsors from any liability if you sustain property damage or are injured or killed during, or as a result of, your participation in the SONORA RALLY, whether it is caused by an accident or gross negligence. I know the risks of danger to myself and my property while preparing for and participating in the event and while upon the event premises and, relying on my judgment, skill, and ability, I assume all such risks of loss.
