Registration & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of registration.

Exhibitor space prices are:
- 10' × 10' Booth: $300
- 10' × 20' Booth: $450
- Cocktail Table Space: $150

Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received and Wedding Planning Live has verified availability.

Booth & Category Availability
All registrations are subject to exhibit space availability and vendor category restrictions.

Wedding Planning Live reserves the right to limit the number of exhibitors in each category and determine which businesses may participate.

The Westin Lake Mary is the exclusive hotel exhibitor. Other wedding venues may participate subject to venue-type availability.

Vendor Cancellation & Refund Policy
All exhibitor registration fees are nonrefundable.

If a vendor cancels their participation for any reason, no refund will be issued.

If Wedding Planning Live cancels a vendor's registration, including because their vendor category or requested exhibit space is unavailable, the vendor will receive a full refund of their registration fee.

Wedding Planning Live will promptly initiate the refund to the original payment method and notify the vendor by email. The time required for funds to appear depends on the payment processor and the vendor's financial institution.

Exhibit Space Assignments
Wedding Planning Live determines all final exhibit space assignments.

Vendors may request specific placement, but requests are not guaranteed.

Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for:
- Staffing their exhibit space throughout the event.
- Providing their own displays, decorations, and equipment unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Setting up and removing their displays according to event instructions.
- Following all applicable venue requirements and event rules.
- Keeping their exhibit space clean and professional.

Advertising & Promotional Materials
By registering, vendors authorize Wedding Planning Live to use their submitted business name, logo, photographs, business description, and promotional materials for advertising and marketing related to the event.

Vendors confirm they have permission to provide these materials for promotional use.
