    Vendor Registration Form

  • 1. This rain-or-shine event will take place from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, November 15, 2026 at Haddon and Woodlawn Avenues in Collingswood.

    2. Paid registration includes a $50 non-refundable deposit and reserves a 10-feet-by-10-feet stall. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, chairs, staffing, and the content of their messaging.

    3. Load-in begins at 9 a.m. and the site must be cleared by 6 p.m.

    4. Food vendors must display a current certificate of good standing from the Camden County Health Department. Anyone cooking with fire or producing grease-laden vapors must be inspected by fire officials onsite and pay a $110 fire inspection fee to the borough.

    5. Vendors are invited to co-market this event. Promotional materials will be provided. Vendors are eligible for discounted advertising rates on NJPEN.com through Dec. 31, 2026.
