Payment

The retreat fee includes accommodation, food and activities, regardless of participation.

Transport

The retreat fee does not include any transportation. All attendees must agree to make their own way to and from the retreat location and to any off-site activities.

Activities

The retreat activities require a good level of fitness, therefore the applicant warrants and also represents that he is in good health and is not knowingly incapable of engaging in any physically demanding activity. The applicant further warrants that such activity would not be detrimental to their health, safety, well-being or physical condition.

Equipment

Attendees will need to ensure that they bring all the recommended equipment and understand that lack of kit (specifically walking boots for the trek) will prohibit involvement in the retreat activities.

Children

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate children under the age of 15 for this retreat. Under 18s must be an adult.

Cancellations & Refunds

Payments are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances then please let us know as soon as possible.

Limitation of Liability

Guidance Hub shall not be responsible for any loss or injury obtained when attending the retreat. By signing this agreement, you agree that you, your heirs, legal representatives, or any member of your family will not make a legal claim against or sue Guidance Hub for its work in managing and administering the retreat. If any portion of this agreement is unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be construed, enforced, and governed according to the laws of England and applicable to agreements made and to be performed in the United Kingdom. Any reference herein to the limitation of liability of Guidance Hub shall also mean that all agents, servants and employees of Guidance Hub shall have no individual liability whatsoever in connection with such specified events. This agreement sets forth the entire agreement of the parties and may only be changed or provisions waived by a writing signed by both parties.
