    The Notary Services Center is a collaborative learning and professional development space designed for aspiring and commissioned notaries.

    Our membership provides access to professional workspace, personalized training, educational classes, and business development resources.

    Membership Options:

    Monthly Membership: $150
    Three-Month Membership: $350
    Grand Opening Special: $300 for three months when enrolling before November 6, 2026.

    Please review the membership options below. You will select your membership plan and complete payment at the end of this application. All memberships include access to professional development resources, training, classes, and workspace reservations, subject to availability and membership policies.

  • MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:

    Monthly Membership: $150/month (automatically renews until canceled).

    3-Month Membership: $350 prepaid (one-time payment; no automatic renewal).

    Grand Opening Special: $300 prepaid for three months (one-time payment; available for enrollments before November 6, 2026).

    MEMBERSHIP PAYMENT INFORMATION

    Membership payments are securely processed through Signature Line Services LLC using Square on behalf of the Notary Services Center.

    Monthly memberships are billed at $150 per month and automatically renew until canceled in accordance with the membership agreement.

    Three-month memberships are paid in full at enrollment and cover a three-month membership term. They do not automatically renew.

    The Grand Opening Special provides three months of membership for $300 when enrollment and payment are completed before November 6, 2026.

  • SECTION 3: MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS AND POLICIES

    Please review the following membership benefits, guidelines, and conditions.

  • MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

    1. Professional Workspace Access

    Active members receive access to professional workspace at the Notary Services Center under the following conditions:

    Workspace reservations are unlimited, subject to availability.
    Reservations are limited to two hours per booking.
    Additional time may be approved based on availability.
    All reservations must be scheduled and confirmed in advance.
    Private office and shared workspace availability may vary.
    Membership does not include unrestricted building access or a dedicated office.

    2. Member Support Hours

    Designated Member Support Hours are Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

    Members may receive general notary guidance, business development assistance, and professional support during these hours.

    Additional support may be available by appointment.

    3. Individual Training

    Members receive four (4) individual 30-minute training sessions per membership month.

    Sessions may be virtual or in person.
    Advance scheduling is required.
    Sessions may occur outside designated support hours.
    Unused sessions do not roll over.
    Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice.
    Missed appointments or late cancellations count toward the monthly allowance unless otherwise approved.

    4. Membership Classes & Workshops

    Active members receive access to eligible membership classes, professional development workshops, and ad hoc educational sessions at no additional charge.

    Class schedules and availability may vary. Advance registration may be required.

    5. Professional Conduct

    Members agree to maintain a respectful, professional environment and follow all facility policies.

    Membership privileges may be suspended or terminated for misconduct or misuse of facilities, subject to the membership agreement.

  • SECTION 4: MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT & TERMS

    Please carefully review the following terms before signing.

  • NOTARY SERVICES CENTER MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

    1. Membership Term & Payment

    Members agree to pay the applicable membership fee based on their selected plan:

    Monthly Membership: $150 per month, automatically renewing.
    Three-Month Membership: $350, paid in full.
    Grand Opening Special: $300 for three months, available for enrollment and payment before November 6, 2026.
    Membership benefits begin on the confirmed activation date after payment has been successfully processed.

    2. Automatic Renewal & Cancellation

    Monthly memberships automatically renew each month until canceled.

    Members may request cancellation by providing written notice at least seven (7) calendar days before their next scheduled billing date.

    Cancellations take effect at the end of the applicable paid billing period. No further recurring charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

    Cancellation requests received fewer than seven days before billing will be handled in accordance with applicable law. Where permitted, cancellation may take effect after the upcoming billing cycle.

    Three-month memberships do not automatically renew and expire at the end of their three-month term unless renewed.

    3. Refund Policy

    Membership fees are generally nonrefundable once the membership term begins, except where required by applicable law or where the Notary Services Center fails to provide contracted services.

    Cancellation of a monthly membership does not automatically entitle the member to a refund for the current billing period.

    4. Membership Benefits

    Membership includes access to the benefits described in Section 3, subject to scheduling, availability, and center policies.

    Membership does not guarantee specific business results, notary assignments, or income.

    5. Member Responsibilities

    Members agree to comply with applicable laws, professional standards, and facility policies.

    Members are responsible for their own notary commissions, certifications, insurance, business licenses, and professional conduct.

    6. Educational Disclaimer

    Training, mentoring, and educational materials are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.

    7. Payment Processing

    Membership payments are collected through Signature Line Services LLC using Square on behalf of the Notary Services Center.

    By enrolling in a recurring membership, members authorize the applicable recurring charges to their selected payment method until cancellation takes effect.

    8. Agreement Acceptance

    By signing below, the applicant acknowledges that they have reviewed and agree to the membership terms, including pricing, payment authorization, cancellation requirements, and membership policies.
