Self-Service Advertising Agreement
This agreement applies to the purchase of one standard advertisement in one issue of Kingsville Monthly Magazine, a publication of Kingsville Independent News.
1. Advertising Selection
Self-Service Advertising Rates — One Issue
Quarter Page: $300 | Half Page: $500 | Full Page: $900
The advertiser agrees to purchase the advertising size selected at checkout for the publication issue identified in this form.
2. Placement
Standard advertising placement is determined by Kingsville Monthly Magazine. Specific page placement is not guaranteed.
3. Payment
Payment in full is required when submitting this agreement. Advertising is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and the advertisement has been accepted.
4. Advertising Materials
The advertiser must provide a completed, print-ready advertisement by the applicable deadline. The advertiser is responsible for ensuring that submitted artwork meets the magazine's specifications. Design and artwork preparation are not included in self-service rates.
5. Advertising Acceptance
Kingsville Monthly Magazine reserves the right to review submitted advertising materials and decline advertisements that do not meet its publication standards. If an advertisement cannot be accepted, the advertiser will be notified and any payment received for that advertisement will be refunded.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Kingsville Monthly Magazine at claudia@kingsvillemonthlymagazine.com.
Cancellations received before the advertising submission deadline for the selected issue will receive a full refund.
After the advertising deadline, payment is nonrefundable once the advertisement has been accepted and production of the issue has begun.
If Kingsville Monthly Magazine declines an advertisement, the advertiser will receive a full refund.
7. Authorization
By signing this agreement, the advertiser confirms that the information provided is accurate, that they are authorized to purchase advertising on behalf of the business identified, and that they agree to the terms stated above.
