All workshop registrations are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, missed workshops, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled workshop, your registration may be transferred in one of the following ways:
Transfer to Another Person
Your registration may be transferred to another person. The replacement participant must provide the original registrant’s full name upon arrival so the registration can be verified.
Transfer to Another Workshop Date
Your registration may be transferred to another available date for the same workshop, subject to space availability. Please contact us before your originally scheduled workshop to request the transfer. Email: info@franklinthehelper.com.
Missed Workshops
If you do not attend your scheduled workshop and have not requested a transfer in advance, your registration fee remains non-refundable.
Workshop Changes
If Franklin the Helper® Children’s Books, LLC or Students Combating Bullying Connection, Inc. must reschedule a workshop, registered participants will be given the opportunity to transfer their registration to the rescheduled date or another available workshop date.
