    Hdcp Team (required), Scratch Team (optional), Hdcp and Scratch Dbls (Optional---will use main event Games 1-3), Hdcp and Scratch Singles (optional--- will use main event games 3-5 scores)

  • Cost:

    $50.00 per person ($21.25 lineage and $28.75 prize fund), $20.00 side events (optional) Walk-ins must be present by 8:00 AM and fees are $60.00 per person for main events (this applies to all entries received after November 13th, 2026. There will also be Individual Brackets available at $6.00 per person per bracket (available for purchase at event).

              • Tournament Rules:

                1. ****AVERAGE: All bowlers will use their highest 2025-26 Winter adult sanctioned average (21 game min). 10 Pin rule is in effect. If bowler should have a current average as of 11/13/26 that is 10+ pins higher than their yearbook average, they must report and use that average. Bowler must bring verification of this average (league standing sheet will suffice). Failure to report a higher average could constitute disqualification. If a bowler cannot establish a valid average, then they will bowl scratch. Tournament Directors reserve the right to re-rate any tournament bowler. 2. USBC Tournament Rules will govern. To qualify as a participant, all bowlers must be a member of the Greater Roanoke Area USBC (GRAUSBC). Unattached members may enter under the conditions outlined in Rule 300c. This is only open to Adult bowlers 3. Hdcp Team (4 person) is required and is 5 games. There will be an optional singles event using games 3-5 of team event and an optional doubles event using games 1-3 of the team event. No additional games will be bowled.. 4. Entry fees paid by 11/13/26 are $200 per team ($50 per person). Entries received after 11/13/26 are $240 per team ($60 per person). All other additional events are $20 each per person. 5. Allowed to enter multiple times but can only cash 1 time with the same team unless team is constructed with 2 different members. Can only cash one time in the optional singles. Can only cash 1 time in dbls unless you bowl with a different partner. 6. Handicap based on 90% of 230. 7. Any late arrivals will take 0’s for any missed frames. 8. Protests involving any scores must be made before payment of tournament prizes. 9. One (1) place paid for every eight (8) entries in each event. 10. Tournament Directors are Jason Pauley and Kathy Alachnowicz. Tournament directors are eligible to bowl in the tournament and will decide any questions not covered by USBC tournament rules.
