Service: Evidential Mediumship
1. Description of Services
Evidential Mediumship is an individualised spiritual service offered by Luis Melendez Jr. to explore the possibility of communication with loved ones who have died.
During a session, Luis shares mediumistic impressions that may include personal details, memories, personality traits, shared experiences, and other information that may help the client recognise the person being communicated.
Impressions may also include information that appears relevant to the client's present life, relationships, interests, or circumstances. Such impressions arise within the context of the mediumistic session and are not a separate psychic reading or a guarantee of specific guidance.
Sessions are inspiration-led. Luis does not claim to control who may communicate, summon a particular deceased person or spirit, or guarantee that a particular person, message, or experience will occur.
The client is encouraged to consider the information shared with an open mind and personal discernment. The client remains responsible for determining what meaning, if any, the information has for them.
2. Education and Experience
Luis is an ordained Spiritualist Minister and medium whose journey began in 2001 while living in the United Kingdom. Over more than two decades, his path has been one of mediumship development, learning, and service. He has served in Spiritualist churches, participated in evenings of clairvoyance, supported local Spiritualist communities, and trained groups in mediumship development and meditation.
His development has included formal training with the Greater World Christian Spiritualist Association, the Aurthur Findlay College, alongside continued learning, practice, and service within the wider Spiritualist tradition.
His experience has been complemented by academic study, specialist training, and qualifications in spiritual healing, acupuncture, hypnosis, transpersonal psychology, and consciousness studies, bringing together practical experience and a broader understanding of spiritual and personal development.
3. Scope of Practice and Professional Boundaries
Evidential Mediumship is offered by Luis Melendez Jr. as a spiritual service. Luis does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other professional advice through this service.
Luis does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent physical or mental health conditions and does not prescribe or recommend medication or medical treatment.
Information or impressions received during a session should not be used as a substitute for appropriate professional advice or care. Where a matter falls outside the scope of the service, Luis may encourage the client to consult an appropriately qualified professional.
Luis does not guarantee specific outcomes, future events, relationships, financial results, health outcomes, or any particular result from a session.
The client remains responsible for their own decisions, actions, and interpretation of information received during the session.
4. Nature and Limitations of Mediumship
Mediumship involves subjective and intuitive spiritual practices. The information shared during a session is not presented as scientifically established proof of communication with the deceased, nor as an independently verified account of events or circumstances.
Mediumistic impressions may be specific, symbolic, incomplete, or open to interpretation. Not every impression will necessarily be recognised or understood during the session.
Luis cannot guarantee that all information will be accurate, that a particular loved one will be represented, or that the session will meet the client's expectations.
Clients are encouraged to exercise their own judgement, consider the information in context, and accept only what they genuinely find meaningful. Information concerning living individuals should not be treated as independently verified fact without appropriate confirmation.
Evidential Mediumship is offered for spiritual, educational, reflective, personal-development, and entertainment purposes. The inclusion of entertainment purposes does not diminish Luis's sincere approach to the spiritual practice of mediumship; it clarifies that no particular experience, interpretation, or outcome is guaranteed.
5. Payment
Payment is required according to the service and fee displayed or otherwise agreed upon at the time of booking.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, a session is considered confirmed once payment has been received.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
Luis understands that circumstances can change and plans sometimes need to be adjusted. The following policy applies to all appointments.
Cancellation: A client may cancel an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice and receive a full refund.
Rescheduling: A client may reschedule an appointment once, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment is not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. A new appointment will require a new booking and payment.
Provider Cancellation: If Luis needs to cancel or reschedule a session, reasonable efforts will be made to provide notice and offer an alternative appointment.
7. Client Acknowledgement and Consent
By accepting this agreement, I acknowledge that:
- I have read and understood the nature and purpose of Evidential Mediumship as offered by Luis Melendez Jr.
- I understand that mediumship cannot guarantee communication with a particular loved one, specific information, or any particular outcome.
- I understand that impressions shared during a session may be incomplete, symbolic, open to interpretation, or not recognisable to me.
- I understand that the service is offered for spiritual, educational, reflective, personal-development, and entertainment purposes and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional services.
- I understand that I remain responsible for my own judgement, decisions, and interpretation of information received during the session.
- I have had the opportunity to ask questions about the service and understand its scope and limitations.
- I agree to the payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms outlined in this agreement.
