When is the Arya’s Diamond Way Live Transmission, and when should I arrive?

The Transmission takes place October 7–11, 2026. The live sessions begin each day at 6:30 AM Arizona time.

Please plan to arrive at your Branch Location at least 30 minutes before the live session begins so you have enough time to settle in and prepare. Your Branch Host may ask you to arrive even earlier for local preparation, so please follow the schedule provided by your Branch.

Please keep approximately 3–4 hours available for each live session. The exact ending time may vary, and some sessions may run longer.

Where can I find the exact schedule and arrival time for my Branch?

Please follow the information provided by your Branch Host. Arrival times, preparation times, venue access, meals, and other local arrangements may be different at each Branch Location.

What happens if I am late or miss part of a session?

Please plan to attend all five days live and arrive according to the schedule provided by your Branch Host.

There is no standard recording or rebroadcast available to make up a missed session. If an unexpected situation affects your attendance, please inform your Branch Host as soon as possible.

I have a question about the venue, food, transportation, preparation, supplies, or other local arrangements.

How does interpretation work at an in-person Branch?

Geshe Michael’s original English audio will be played in the room. Participants who need interpretation will use LiveVoice on their phones with headphones or earbuds. Please follow the instructions provided by your Branch Host.

Will there be a recording if I miss a session?

No. There will be no standard recording or rebroadcast of the Transmission. Please plan to receive the sessions live.

I cannot reach my Branch Host. What should I do?

Please check the latest email, Telegram messages, and other communication you received from your Branch for your Branch Host’s contact information.

Virtual Branch Participant Support

When is the Arya’s Diamond Way Live Transmission, and when should I join?

Please plan to join approximately 30 minutes before the session begins so you have enough time to check Zoom, your camera, sound, and LiveVoice if you need interpretation.

Please keep approximately 3–4 hours available for each live session. The exact ending time may vary, and some sessions may run longer.

Where will I receive my Zoom access?

Your personal Zoom invitation is sent separately to the email address connected with your Virtual Branch participation.

Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders and make sure you are using the same email address when signing in to Zoom.

I have not received my Zoom invitation. What should I do?

First, please check the inbox and spam/junk folders of the email address you used for your participation.

Please also make sure you are checking the same email address connected with your Virtual Branch access. If your invitation is still missing, please follow the support information provided in your private Virtual Branch participant communication.

I received my Zoom invitation, but I cannot join. What should I do?

Please make sure you are signed in to Zoom using the same email address connected with your Virtual Branch participation.

Please update Zoom to the latest version and try opening your personal invitation again. If the problem continues, please follow the support information provided in your private Virtual Branch participant communication.

How does interpretation work?

Live interpretation is provided through LiveVoice.

If you need interpretation, please use a second device, such as a phone, with headphones or earbuds. Keep Zoom running on your main device so you can continue to see the live session and hear Geshe Michael’s original English voice.

Please follow the LiveVoice instructions provided in your participant information.

Where can I find the Participant Guide and preparation information?

The Participant Guide and preparation information are included in your Virtual Branch participant communication.

Please review them before the Transmission and prepare everything you need in advance.

Do I need to keep my camera on?

Yes. Please keep your camera on during the live sessions according to the Virtual Branch participant instructions.

What happens if I am late or miss part of a session?

Please plan to attend all five days live and be connected before the session begins.

Can I share my Zoom invitation or participant links with another person?

No. Your Zoom access and private participant links are personal and should not be shared with anyone who is not registered for the Transmission.

Will I receive the physical participant gifts or printed materials?

For late registrations, availability and delivery timing may vary. If physical participant materials are available for your registration, the delivery information you provided will be used to arrange shipment.

We’re very sorry, but participation through the Virtual Branch and access to the Arya’s Diamond Way Live Transmission are not available while you are physically located in Mainland China or Hong Kong.

Supporting the Live Transmission Together

At V Houses, our intention is to make the Arya’s Diamond Way Live Transmission and Geshe Michael’s teachings as accessible as possible. The teachings and the Transmission themselves are offered free of charge.

Bringing together 280 branches across the globe and making it possible for more than 4,500 people to receive this Live Transmission from Geshe Michael at the same time requires technology, interpretation, and production support.

The cost of providing this support is US$30 per participant. We invite each participant to help cover this shared production cost.
