    Commuter Participants who are commuting to the conference and are not registered for a Housing/Meal plan will be prompted to register for the Opening Banquet, the Closing Banquet and/or a Commuter Meal Plan when you receive your official QBL Registration Confirmation in an email from QBL Staff. Alternatively, you will be able to link to the Commuter Meal Plan registration from the QBL 2027 Website's Housing & Meals information page.

    We are only offering single room housing options. All housing plans include arrival the night before your class begins. All housing plans include a meal plan for breakfast, lunch, and dinner beginning with the Banquet dinner on the Sunday night you arrive and breakfast on the morning you leave.

    The main dorm for QBL participants is de Cordova. De Cordova is an ADA accessible dorm with elevators to every level, single private bedrooms, shared dorm-style bathrooms on each floor, and common areas. De Cordova is air conditioned.

    Assistance will be available on move in & move out days at de Cordova, where we will have someone to help bring items up and down the stairs.

    Housing will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. We try our best to accommodate everyone’s needs and requests, but this is not always possible due to availability. We cannot honor requests for specific rooms or buildings.

    Special accommodations requests must be received by April 16, 2027. If you need to update your accommodation request please email qbl@schweinfurthartcenter.org . We will do our best to accommodate all requests but we cannot guarantee.

  • Housing/Meal Plans include the Opening Reception/Faculty Talk on Sunday Evenings, as well as the Closing Banquet on Friday Evenings.

    If you are registering for a 5-Night, 6-Night, or 13-Night Housing/Meal Plan, the Opening Reception/Faculty Talk & Closing Banquet Meals are included. Hors d'oeuvres and drinks will beserved at the Opening Reception/Faculty Talks. The menu options for the Closing Banquets are listed below. Please choose one dinner and one dessert option each for the Closing Banquet. If are registered for both sessions, make sure you select menu options for both session. If you have special dietary restrictions and/or allergies, indicate below.

  • Daily Meals also included in the Housing/Meal Plans:

    Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included in the housing plan. If you register for either a 6-Night or a 13-Night Housing/Meal plan, this includes breakfast on Saturday Morning. If you register for a 13-Night Housing/Meal plan, please note that between Session I's Saturday breakfast and Session II's Opening Banquet, NO meals will be available in Saga Dining Hall (HWS's cafeteria). ***There are gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options available in SAGA Dining Hall). If you have special dietary needs, please speak with the chef when you arrive.

  • Deposit & Processing Fee: A $225 non-refundable deposit is required for each session at the time of registration. This fee includes a $25 processing fee per session to reserve your space at QBL. The remaining $200 will be put towards tuition fees. If the class you want is full, and you do not have a 2nd choice, your deposit is returned and your name is put on a wait list.

      • Terms and Conditions & Cancellation policy

      • Cancellation Policy: a non-refundable $225 per session is required to attend. The balance of the conference fees are due May 17, 2027. Cancellations after May 17, 2027 are not refundable for any reason. You may designate someone to take your place if you cannot attend. Cancellations before May 17, 2027 must be in writing or emailed to QBL (qbl@schweinfurthartcenter.org) and received no later than May 17, 2027 to qualify for a refund. QBL is not responsible for travel refunds.

        We highly recommend that you contact your travel agent about travel cancellation insurance for 2027. 

        Final payment is due May 17, 2027. A $25 late fee is added to all payments received after that date.

        COVID Policy: 

        The mask policy is currently not required. QBL reserves the right to change this policy AT ANY TIME. If you are not willing to wear a mask if asked, please do not attend QBL. QBL reserves the right to ask you to leave if you will not wear a mask if required.
