BOOKING EARLY ARRIVALS OR LATE CHECK OUTS - If you would like to arrive early or extend your stay, you are responsible for making those additional reservations directly with the resort. GMCMI will coordinate site assignments so you can remain in the same site for your entire stay, subject to availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY - After January 15, 2027, no refunds of any amount will be issued. Once the convention is fully sold out, you may request to transfer your campsite and registration fees to another attendee(s) by submitting a GMCMI transfer request form to the Convention Manager. Transfers are not guaranteed unless there is a waitlist/demand. If your campsite is successfully reassigned, a $95 administration fee will be deducted from the reimbursement. Campsites will be reassigned in the order transfer requests are received (by date and time of submission).
