The Needlepoint Club requires a $50 deposit per piece before accepting it for finishing. Your deposit secures a spot on our finishing schedule and will be applied to your final balance. The remaining balance is due upon receipt of the final invoice, which will be issued once finishing is complete and your piece is ready for pickup.
The Needlepoint Club will make every effort to honor your requested colors, fabrics, trims, and design preferences. Exact materials may vary based on availability. When substitutions are necessary, we will make every effort to select materials that complement your piece and requested finish.
A stitched canvas may require blocking or other preparation before finishing. Blocking is required if the canvas is stretched or distorted. Blocking fees start at $5 and vary based on the severity of the distortion.
We understand the time and care that goes into every stitched piece and will handle your canvas and any customer-provided materials with care throughout the finishing process. Because needlepoint canvases and finishing materials are handmade and unique, The Needlepoint Club cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage, deterioration, colorfastness, or other issues inherent in the canvas, fibers, fabrics, or materials provided by the customer. While we take reasonable precautions when handling, storing, and transporting your piece, by submitting an item for finishing, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with custom finishing and agree that The Needlepoint Club will not be liable for accidental loss or damage except to the extent caused by our failure to exercise reasonable care.
The Needlepoint Club is pleased to offer prompt finishing. Turnaround times are estimates, and we make every effort to meet the timeframe provided. Specialty fabrics, embroidery, and other premium or custom options may require additional time. Custom finishing is non-refundable once work has begun.
