Team entry for the 2026 Cursed Crown Classic — Coed 6s Rec/Intermediate tournament featuring pool play, championship bracket & $300–$500 cash prize.

Team Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Registration is purchased on behalf of the team as a whole. If a registered team withdraws from The Cursed Crown Classic, the following refund policy applies:

More than 72 hours before the tournament: The team is eligible for a full refund of the registration fee.

Between 24 and 72 hours before the tournament: The team is eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

Less than 24 hours before the tournament: Registration is nonrefundable.

Tournament-day no-shows: No refund will be issued.

For team-requested withdrawals, payment-processing or transaction fees that are nonrefundable to Sovereign Sports may be deducted from the amount refunded.

Registration is purchased by the team and is not divided among individual players. The withdrawal or inability of an individual player to participate does not qualify the team for a full or partial refund.

Roster changes are permitted and are not considered a team withdrawal. Teams may replace rostered players as needed, provided all replacement players meet tournament eligibility requirements, the team continues to meet the Coed 6s requirement of at least two women on the court during play, and all participating players have a current Sovereign Sports waiver on file before participating.

Event Cancellation Policy

The Cursed Crown Classic requires a minimum of six registered teams.

If Sovereign Sports cancels the tournament for any reason, including failure to reach the six-team minimum, facility availability, severe weather, emergency, or other circumstances that prevent the tournament from safely or reasonably taking place, registered teams will receive a full refund of the total amount paid.

In the event of a Sovereign Sports cancellation, Sovereign Sports will absorb any nonrefundable payment-processing or transaction fees. Teams will not lose any portion of their registration payment because of an event cancellation.

The Cursed Crown Classic is not expected to be rescheduled following a cancellation. If circumstances change and Sovereign Sports offers a replacement date, registered teams will be given the choice to participate on the new date rather than having their registration automatically transferred.
