December 11-12, 2026. Equality and Frontier Halls, Wyoming Center. Friday: 4-8 pm. Saturday: 9 am-3 pm.

The first 10 x 10 booth is $125 and includes pipe and drape, one 8-foot table and two chairs. Each additional booth is $75, with a maximum of four booth spaces per vendor. A corner booth request adds $25, subject to limited availability and CAM-PLEX final placement. Electric service adds $16, limited to one per vendor. Your requested charges are the selected booth price plus applicable add-ons. CAM-PLEX will confirm availability and provide payment details after reviewing your application. Booth space is not held without a completed application and full payment.

Setup Information:
- Setup is Friday, December 11th between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm.
- Vendor check-in deadline is 2:00 pm on Friday. CAM-PLEX reserves the right to re-sell booth spaces if you do not check in or make arrangements with CAM-PLEX for an alternative check-in time.
- Prior to setup, please report to the CAM-PLEX table for assigned booth spaces.
- All load in will occur through the NORTH GARAGE Doors, NOT through the main Wyoming Center entrances.
- All booths must be in place and operational by 4:00 pm on Friday, December 11th.
- Booths must be manned during hours of operation and not left unattended.
- No vehicles will be allowed in the building for unloading/loading.
- Vendors are responsible for providing all set-up equipment (dollies, painters tape only, signs, etc.).
- Absolutely no hanging from the pipe & drape.
- Blue painter’s tape is the only permitted taping method.

Teardown Information:
- Vendors are required to keep booths open until 8:00 pm on Friday, December 11 AND until closing at 3:00 pm on Saturday, December 12.
- Teardown hours are from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturday, December 12.
- All items must be removed from the building by 6:00 pm.
- Vendors are responsible for providing all teardown equipment (dollies).

Terms and Conditions

- Booth space will not be considered held WITHOUT completed application and full payment.
- All booth space types will be sold on a first come first served basis. Corners booths have limited availability.
- CAM-PLEX reserves the right to determine the final location of any booth. (Corner Booth, location in room, etc.)
- Each vendor must remain within the confines of their assigned spaces. Vendors must advertise and distribute from their booth only. Walk-around solicitation is prohibited.
- All booth reservations are final. No refunds on booth rental will be issued.
- Vendor is responsible for providing all set-up equipment. (i.e. dollies, painters tape only, signs, etc.)
- Absolutely no hanging on the pipe & drape
- No cooking is permitted in booth.
- No firearms may be sold or displayed in booths.
- No open flames, incense, etc.
- Bake sale goods and homemade items packaged in bulk such as cookies, whole pies, bread, etc. may be sold. All homemade food vendors must have applied for a food permit. The food permit can be obtained by contacting Doug Evans, Consumer Health Specialist, at (307) 686-8036.
- Drinks of any type will only be sold by contracted concessionaires.
- Food and beverage items packaged and delivered in a manner for immediate consumption are concessions and subject to current rates for concessionaires.

- All concessionaires must complete a CAM-PLEX Service Provider Agreement.
- NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING.
- Service Animals allowed as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
- To ensure a family-friendly environment at Nick of Time Tradeshow, any products deemed offensive, vulgar, or inappropriate for children and families shall not be permitted. Vendors found selling or displaying prohibited items will be asked to remove them immediately and may have repercussions with the potential for expulsion from the trade show.
- CAM-PLEX is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.
- Cash/cash boxes must not be left unattended.

Application, Waitlist and Marketing Deadlines

APPLICATION AND WAITLIST
CAM-PLEX will accept applications until the show is fully booked. Once the show is full, we will accept waitlist applications. Vendors may be contacted if cancellations or openings occur before the show, on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on space availability.

WAITLIST TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All waitlist applicants must submit a good faith deposit in the full amount of one booth rental.
- Additional booths may be purchased based on availability should more than one space become available.
- If an applicant is called to fill a cancelled or open space and is unable to attend the show at the time of opening, the deposit will be forfeited.
- If an applicant is NOT called, all deposits will be refunded 3 to 5 business days after the completion of the show.

MARKETING DEADLINE
To be included in CAM-PLEX advanced marketing campaigns, including event programs, brochures, and enhanced social media marketing, all applicable payments must be received by CAM-PLEX no later than 5 pm on November 25, 2026. Payments received after this deadline may not be eligible for inclusion in advanced marketing materials or promotional opportunities.

APPLICATION REVIEW
Due to the high volume of applications, CAM-PLEX reviews submissions on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure a diverse range of vendors and prevent excessive duplication. Applicants will be contacted regarding payment details once their application has been reviewed.

CAM-PLEX will review your application and booth placement, and your payment will be collected through Stripe Checkout with this registration. If you are not called from the waitlist, refunds are issued within 3 to 5 business days after the completion of the show.
