Clone of Cheertastic Pink and Blue Debut Showcase 2025 Vendor Application Form

Cheertastic Co is looking for Vendors for their fifth annual showcase to be held on November 22, 2026 at Grayson High School. If you are interested in becoming one of our vendors please fill out the application in its entirety below.

Please note we are not accepting vendors for food items, however we will be accepting vendors for specialty treats and or drinks such as smoothies (no lemonade vendors this season). (If you have questions on whether or not your item is permitted please email us at frontdesk@cheertasticco.com)

If you are selling drinks or treats. Please note no alcoholic ingredients or beverages permitted on school grounds as well. Please keep this in mind when preparing your drink or treat items.

If you are selling items other than drinks or treats we have no specific restricitions other than items must be community friendly. No vulgar, explicit, illegal or sexual content will be permitted for sell.

All vendors will be permitted entry to setup at 10am. Event will start promptly at 1pm. More detailed information will be provided the week before the event.

Please note we are asking that all vendors provide their own table, stands, chairs and cloths to ensure everyone has what they need for their presentations.

Service Vendors include patrons such as tutoring services, counseling services, youth programs etc. Services cannot be cheer or dance related as it conflicts with ctc service offerings.
