All craft must display a valid sail number.

Please take care to enter the correct sail number here - just the numbers, no letters.

We need to collect some information about you.  Only your name will appear in the published results of the races and the series.  Your email address and phone number may be used to notify you about  sailing instructions, cancelled races, prizes, etc.  Your email address will also be sent an acknowledgement of your entry and a receipt for your payment.  Your club membership is a condition of entry, and may also be useful in an emergency.  Your age category determines the entry fee and whether we need details of a parent or guardian.

DECLARATION:
I wish to enter the above boat in the Viking Marine Frostbite Series 2026-27 (hereinafter "the Series") and I agree to be bound by the Racing Rules of Sailing (RRS), the Prescriptions of the ISA, the Class Rules (where applicable), the Notice of Race and the Sailing Instructions. I accept that the participation of this boat in the Series is at my sole and exclusive risk in every respect.

By this entry I hereby indemnify the Race Committee, the DMYC, its officers, trustees, members, servants, agents and sponsors in respect of all claims and demands of whatever nature which may be made upon them in connection with or howsoever arising from participation or intended participation of the above named boat in the Series, and I acknowledge that the Race Committee, the DMYC, its officers, trustees, members, servants, agents and sponsors accept no responsibility in respect of loss of life, personal injury or loss or damage to property which I or any other person may sustain by participation or intended participation of this boat in the Series or howsoever arising in connection with the Series.

I confirm that I carry adequate valid insurance, of not less than €3,000,000, to cover my liability in connection with my participation in the Series.

We would like to be able to contact you in the future regarding other sailing events that the DMYC hosts. As an example, we may want to tell you about the next Frostbite Series, or about some other dinghy racing event. To do this, we need your consent to keep your contact details.  If you do not consent, we will delete your contact details 90 days after the end of the Series that you are entering.

The DMYC may keep my contact details for future events:

As outlined in the Notice of Race, DMYC and Viking Marine may wish to record images of boats during racing and of events such as presentation of prizes, and to use those images in reasonable ways to publicise the Frostbite Series, DMYC or Viking Marine.
