ALL SALES ARE FINAL - In the event a team withdraws or cancels for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or other unexpected situations, refunds will not be issued to the original form of payment. Any deposits, registration fees, or other amounts already paid will be forfeited and are strictly non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

1. A 50% DEPOSIT IS DUE UPON TEAM REGISTRATION - In order to secure spot in team tournament, a mandatory 50% deposit is due when enrolling team. Remainder of balance is due 1 month prior to start of tournament. Team can elect to pay balance in full at time of registration.
