    FEBRUARY 12-15, 2027 (FAMILY DAY LONG WEEKEND)

  • Welcome! You have arrived on the official registration page for The Vault - an agility camp for people who want to understand the “why” behind better agility.

    Please note: All first-time Vaulters registering for February will be placed in Group E (5:00–9:00 PM, Saturday–Monday) for The Vault 1.0 curriculum.

    Groups A-D will be made up of returning Vaulters continuing into The Vault 2.0 curriculum. First-time participants are welcome to audit these earlier sessions throughout the weekend.

  • SCHEDULE OVERVIEW

     

    Friday | 6:00 – 8:00 PM
    Welcome Pizza Party and Coach Panel Discussion - this is a dogless session for ALL participants.

     

    Saturday - Monday | 4-Hour Session Each Day
    Instead of trying to fit around a different schedule every day, you'll stay in one consistent learning block while the coaches rotate to you. Each day, you will have your full four hours with a different coach, split into:

    • 1 hour of classroom learning to learn the concepts
    • 2 hours of hands-on coaching working dogs and applying the concepts
    • 1 hour of video review, discussion, and Q&A to solidify your understanding of the concepts

     

    Working session time slots:


    Eg. Group E (exact days with coaches subject to change - intended as an example of rotations):

    • Saturday: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Classroom session with Hannah, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Working session with Hannah, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Review session with Hannah
    • Sunday: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Classroom session with Paula, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Working session with Paula, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Review session with Paula
    • Monday: 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM Classroom session with Lindsey, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Working session with Lindsey, 8:00 PM - 9:00 PM Review session with Lindsey

  • How many working spots are you registering for? 

    If you wish to work multiple dogs, you can purchase a separate working spot for each dog. You also have the option to purchase one working spot and run a different dog on each day (for example, Dog A on Friday and Dog B on Saturday and Sunday).

    2-Payment Plan

    • Two payments of $325 + GST
    • First payment processed upon registration
    • Second payment processed January 15, 2027 - it will automatically come off the card you pay with today

    5-Payment Plan

    • Five payments of $130 + GST
    • First payment processed upon registration
    • Second payment processed October 20
    • Third payment processed November 20
    • Fourth payment processed December 20
    • Fifth and final payment processed January 20
    • All subsequent payments will automatically come off the card you pay with today on their respective dates

        By registering for The Vault, I understand and agree that:

        • Registration fees are non-refundable. If I am unable to attend, I may transfer my registration to another participant, subject to approval by Free Spirit Dogs.
        • If I am unable to find a replacement participant, Free Spirit Dogs will offer my spot to the event waitlist. While Free Spirit Dogs will make reasonable efforts to help fill my spot, no guarantee is made that a replacement participant will be found or that my registration fees will be recovered.
