We're planning a great in-person Annual Convention in South Carolina for 2027 and we hope you’ll be part of it.

I agree to the terms and conditions of AERC's 2027 Trade Show Exhibitor Agreement.

I agree to be set up by 10:00 p.m. Thursday, February 25, 2027, and agree to maintain the booth exhibit until the closing time of 5:00 p.m. Saturday, February 27, 2027. I acknowlege that I have read and agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement. I further agree to release AERC and Hilton Garden Inn Summerville from any and all responsibility or liability that may arise from my exhibit.

I agree to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming AERC as additional insured within one month after signing agreement; for those signing after November 26, 2026, certificate must be received by February 1, 2027. I agree that an additional $75 to cover trade show insurance will be charged to my card if Certificate of Insurance is not received at the AERC office within one month of signing contract but prior to show.

Cancellations: Full refund of payment or deposit, less a service fee of $20 before December 31, 2026. No refund after the final cancellation deadline. No refunds will be made after January 1, 2027.
