Codes of Conduct

The Bigfoot Walk Soccer Club has a zero- tolerance policy for discrimination of any kind, including race, ethnicity, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, personality, cultural identity, religion, and/or ability.

Codes of Conduct
• Treat others with respect.
• Follow the rules of the game and accept the decisions of the referee without complaint.
• Be positive and encourage others to be the same.
• Verbal or physical abuse of anyone at the venue will not be tolerated.
• All complaints should be directed to your Site Manager.

I acknowledge that if I fail to abide by Bigfoot Walk Soccer Club’s Code of Conduct, I may be subject to disciplinary action at the discretion of the Judiciary Committee that could include but is not limited to:
1. Verbal warning
2. Written warning
3. Game suspension
4. Club suspension or expulsion

Liability Release Agreement

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
• In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the program, related events, and activities, I, the undersigned acknowledge and agree that:

1. The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death.

2. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others and assume full responsibility for my participation.

3. I willingly agree to comply with the terms and conditions of participation. If I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from it and immediately inform the nearest official.

4. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS the Bigfoot Walk Soccer Club, its officers, managers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsors, advertisers, and owners/lessors of premises used to conduct the event (RELEASES) from any/all claims, demands, losses, and liability arising out of or related to any INJURY, DISABILITY, OR DEATH I may suffer, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AGREEMENT. I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS. I UNDERSTAND I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT AND SIGNED IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

Emergency Care Agreement

I agree that in case If, at any time, due to such circumstances as an injury or sudden illness, medical treatment is necessary, I authorize the team managers to take whatever emergency measures they deem necessary and I understand that this may involve contacting an emergency services and transporting me to a hospital or doctor’s office, including the possible use of an ambulance.

You will receive an email notice and receipt when your registration and payment are accepted.  You will also receive an invitation from Team Cowboy to join Roving Sunday if you have not already completed this step. Please be sure to RSVP for each session whether you are able to attend or not so we know how how to set up teams and fields for the number of players expected.

Our website, bigfootwalksoccer.com, and Team Cowboy will also have information about rules and the required and recommended personal equipment to bring.
