            • Heartstone Prepay Credits — Conditions

              Eligibility: Available to customers with an existing, active Heartstone Farms subscription.
              No expiration: Prepay Credits do not expire.
              Purchase period: October 1–10, 2026.
              Availability: Your prepaid amount and bonus credit will be added to your account within 48 hours of purchase. Credits become available once added.
              Using your credits: Credits apply automatically to subscription box orders and may also be used for add-ons to those orders.
              Discounts and promotions: Eligible discounts and promotions may still be used on orders paid with Prepay Credits.
              Refunds: You may request a refund at any time. Your refund equals the amount you originally paid minus the total credits already used, with a minimum refund of $0. Bonus credits are not refundable. For example, if you pay $500, receive $575 in credits, and use $200, your refund would be $300. Any remaining bonus credit is removed when the refund is issued.
              Subscription cancellation: If you cancel your subscription, you may request that your remaining credits be converted to store credit for purchases of non-subscription products.
