I understand participation in athletic training activities involves inherent risks including falls, collisions, muscle strains, sprains, illness, and other injuries. I voluntarily allow my child(s) to participate in the Alma Athletic Development program listed and assume all associated risks. I release and hold harmless Alma Athletic Development, its coaches, staff, facility, partners, and affiliates from any claims arising from participation except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
