    At Vives Academy, we work closely with every family to make your experience smooth and flexible.

    • You may cancel your session at any time — we’ll refund the prorated amount.
    • We understand kids get sick or have school and sports conflicts. We’ll offer make-up classes when possible, depending on availability.
    • Our goal is to create a positive, supportive learning environment where every child feels safe, encouraged, and valued.

     

    Rolling Enrollment Policy

    To minimize bureaucracy, Vives Academy operates on a rolling enrollment system. Your child’s registration will automatically continue into each new session (Winter 2, Spring) unless you choose to cancel.

    • Tuition will be charged at the start of each new session.
    • You may cancel anytime to stop future charges — just let us know at info@vivesacademy.org.

  • 📸 Photo & Video Release

    As a new academy, we love sharing the excitement of learning! We occasionally take photos and short videos during classes and events to post on our social media pages so future families can see what Vives Academy is all about.
