By participating in the Paint & Sip event (the “Event”) organized by Golden State Games, Events & Services / Art Audacity (“GSG/Art Audacity”), I acknowledge and agree to the following: I understand that participation may involve risks, including spills, paint stains, slips, falls, injury, or damage to personal property. I voluntarily assume these risks and release GSG/Art Audacity, its staff, representatives, agents, and affiliates from liability to the fullest extent permitted by California law. Alcohol and food may be available at the Event. If I consume alcohol, I confirm that I am 21 years of age or older, agree to drink responsibly, and am responsible for arranging safe transportation. I am responsible for managing my own food allergies and dietary restrictions. I agree to follow Event rules and instructions. GSG/Art Audacity reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior without a refund. By checking the box below, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to this waiver and voluntarily assume the risks associated with participating in the Event. This agreement is governed by California law, and any legal proceedings shall be brought in Contra Costa County, California, to the extent permitted by law.
