Cancellation & Refunds
Students may request a full refund if cancellation is received at least 7 days before the scheduled start date of the course.

Cancellations received less than 7 days before the course begins may receive a 50% refund.

Once the course has begun, tuition is non-refundable.

If KAP Academy cancels a course, registered students will receive a full refund of tuition paid for that course or may elect to transfer the payment to another available KAP Academy course.

Registration may be transferred to another individual prior to the start of the course with approval from KAP Academy.
